Fried cheese on skewers: you won’t be able to do without it!

INGREDIENTS

500 g brie cheese
120 g (1 cup) flour
3 eggs 
200 g breadcrumbs 

METHOD 

1. Cut the brie cheese into triangles and insert wooden sticks into the triangles.
2. Coat with flour, dip in beaten egg and breadcrumbs, and repeat with beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
3. Fry in hot oil until golden.
