Truffles and chocolate biscuits: the recipe for easy and delicious desserts

Ingredients :
CONDENSED MILK 400 gr
BISCUITS 300 grams
COCOA POWDER 23 grams
TO FROST THE CHOCOLATE:
FRESH LIQUID CREAM 200 ml
DARK CHOCOLATE 200 gr

How to prepare chocolate truffles with biscuits:
Grind the biscuits in the mixer until they become powdered. Pour them into a bowl, add the cocoa powder and mix. Also add the condensed milk and mix with a wooden spoon until you obtain a soft mixture.

Form small balls of dough and place them on a plate covered with cling film. Leave to harden in the refrigerator. In the meantime, prepare the icing: heat the crème fraîche and pour it over the chopped chocolate. Mix until you obtain a smooth cream

Dip the balls in the chocolate icing, place them on a tray and let them cool. Decorate the chocolates with the rest of the icing. Your biscuit truffles are ready to be served
