Full of flavor and texture, these muffins have become a favorite of many, including my husband, and soon they will be yours too!

Fresh, Tasty Ingredients
The secret to any great recipe is quality ingredients. Here’s what you’ll need to make these delicious breads:
1 glass of lukewarm milk (100 ml).
1 glass of lukewarm water (100 ml).
Half a glass of vegetable oil (50 ml).
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 grams).
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
4 cups of flour (480 grams).
1 red pepper.
Half a yellow pepper.
1 tomato.
1 green tomato.
6 green peppers.
4 green onions.
Cheddar cheese (150 grams).
Step-by-step preparation process
Preparing the dough: We start by mixing the water, milk, yeast, sugar and oil in a container suitable for kneading. Mix well then gradually add the flour and salt, kneading until you obtain a soft and uniform dough. We cover the dough and let it rest for 45 minutes to ferment.
Chopped Vegetables: While the dough is resting, cut all the vegetables into small pieces and place them in a large bowl. Add the salt and mix well.
Formation of breads: Once the dough is fermented, it is divided into two equal parts. We spread each part into a rectangle with a rolling pin and add the cheddar and chopped vegetables. We roll the dough and cut it into portions about two fingers wide.
Cooking: Arrange the loaves on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. We beat together the egg yolk and olive oil and apply this mixture to the breads using a brush. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake until golden and crispy.
