Banana Pancakes

Step by Step Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix bananas, eggs, vanilla sugar, salt, oil and milk.
  2. Add flour and baking powder to the liquids, beat until smooth.
  3. Pour in a little vinegar and beat once more.
  4. Heat a frying pan with a little vegetable oil. Pour 3/4 cup of batter into the pan and wait until bubbles appear on top and the surface has almost set. Flip and cook for another minute (about 3 minutes total).
  5. Spread hazelnut cream on half of each pancake and fold in half.

Tips for Perfect Pancakes

  • Ripe Bananas:  Make sure you use very ripe bananas to get the characteristic sweet flavor.
  • White Vinegar:  Adding vinegar helps make the pancakes fluffy and light.
