For the dough:
1 egg
550 flour (400 g Manitoba flour + 150 g cake flour)
150 g of sugar
300 g of milk
1 lemon zest
18 g of fresh brewer’s yeast
70 g sunflower seed oil
1 pinch of salt
Vanilla
For the custard:
4 eggs
8 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of flour
4 cups of milk
Lemon zest
