Dessert WITHOUT sugar in 5 minutes! I make this recipe every day

  • 1 cup (100 g) oatmeal.
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) of any milk of your choice.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 1 banana.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa.
  • 50 g (1.75 oz) unsweetened chocolate.
  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.

preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix the oatmeal with the milk and a pinch of salt. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes for the oatmeal to soften.
  2. Meanwhile, mash the banana with a fork until you obtain a smooth puree without lumps.
  3. Add the egg to the banana puree and mix well. Then add the baking powder and the tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa, mixing until you obtain a homogeneous and soft dough.
  4. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and grease the molds with a little vegetable oil.
  5. Fill the molds 2/3 full with the prepared dough.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the desserts are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Meanwhile, melt the sugar-free chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, adding a teaspoon of vegetable oil to make it smoother and shiny.
  8. Once the desserts are ready, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  9. Decorate desserts with melted chocolate, adding generously on top.
