1) Clean the cooking plates with baking soda.

Then use a damp sponge to clean the plates and dry them with a microfiber cloth.

Vinegar is a multi-use household product. Ecological, economical and natural, it helps   to overcome the most stubborn stains. Pour vinegar into a spray bottle, dilute with a little water and add a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Spray, leave for a few minutes, rub, rinse, dry.
