Involtino di manzo con formaggio: would love ogni boccone!

Mix meat, salt and pepper. Add the egg, parmesan and spices.
Spread out the minced meat and cover it with provola and ham.
Roll up and place in the fridge for two hours.
Slice the roll and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
