Italian Hazelnut Butter Cream

Preparation:

Take out the butter an hour beforehand so that it reaches room temperature. Cut it into pieces.
When it is smooth, beat it gently with a mixer to make it smooth.
When the butter has a creamy consistency, gradually add the icing sugar while continuing to beat.
Once the powdered sugar is fully incorporated, increase the speed of the mixer.
Add the egg yolks and hazelnut powder. Continue beating for a few moments until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
