Light Breakfast in a Sugar-Free Glass, Ready in 1 Minute

100g oat flakes
100g Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey
50g dried cranberries
Several fresh or frozen strawberries
240 ml of milk (I use almond milk)
Preparation :
Put 100g of oatmeal in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Drain the oatmeal and put it in a blender.
Add 100g of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, 50g of dried cranberries, and several strawberries.
Pour in 240 ml of milk (I use almond milk).
Mix everything until you obtain a smooth consistency.
Pour the mixture into a cup and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, or better, overnight for breakfast the next day.
Before serving, decorate with fruit slices or nuts.
