Morning biscuits, my grandmother used to prepare them for me: I finally found the recipe I was looking for so long!

    1. To start, break the egg into a bowl, add the pinch of salt, the sweetener stevia (or sugar, maltitol or erythritol) and the vanilla flavoring and beat adequately with the hand whisk.
    1. Now add the seed oil, mix, add the fresh cheese, mix well, sift and add the flour together with the yeast and  knead with your hands to obtain a smooth, soft and compact dough .
    2. Now transfer the mixture onto a lightly floured work surface, start working again to make a sausage,  cut it into 18 pieces  and roll them into balls.
    3. Once this is done, flatten the balls with lightly floured hands to create thin disks, pierce them in the center with a very small mold to obtain donuts and place them in a dripping pan lined with special paper.
    4. Finally, cook  in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180°C . At the end, let the biscuits cool and dust them with a little icing sugar.
