Mix all the ingredients and pour into a removable mold. Bake in the oven at 170Β°C, heat up/down for about 1 hour.
After baking, let the cake cool in the oven to prevent it from collapsing.
If you want to enjoy this cake with fruit, you can add pieces of mandarin or cherries to the dough.
Really tasty and very quick.
