Regina biscuits: the Italian recipe for a delicious treat ready in just a few minutes

 

Mix milk and yeast in a small bowl. Pour the flour, sugar and previously prepared mixture into the bowl of the mixer. Mix with a mixer and gradually add the diced butter.
When everything is well mixed, add the eggs and knead the dough.
Leave the dough in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut it into strips. Dip the strips in sesame seeds and cut them into 6 cm bars.
Place the biscuits on a baking tray and bake at 190°C for 30 minutes. Serve.
