Stacks of zucchini: a delicious and quick side dish!

Above the bowl, slice the zucchini with the mandolin.
Season the zucchini slices with salt, pepper, dry basil and paprika. Add the parmesan and mix everything well.
Pour a drizzle of oil into a muffin mold and make small piles with the zucchini slices.
Add a little grated parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil on top. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
Serve them all together on a serving dish.
