2. We paint the loaves with an egg lightly beaten with salt and leave it to ferment again in a warm place for another 120 minutes.
Cooking brioche bread:
1. We preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. We put our plate in the oven and let it cook for about 25 minutes.
3. We let it cool on a rack.
