THE BEST FRYER ROASTED PORK LOIN

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Coat the roast with olive oil and add the seasoning. Massage it well all over the roast.

Preheat air fryer to 360°F for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, carefully place the pork roast into the fryer and fry at 350°F for 45-55 minutes. The internal temperature should be 145° – 160° F. (If the internal temperature is not yet 145°, continue cooking another 5 to 10 minutes or as long as needed, depending on the weight of the roast.)
Once the cooking time has elapsed, carefully remove the pork roast to a plate and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
NOTE
Make a simple sauce by adding 1 cup chicken broth to a saucepan, the rest of the seasoning mixture and simmer for about 5 minutes. You can also add the juices that have accumulated on the plate during the roast’s resting time and any juices present in the pan. Then, in a separate cup or small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 4 tablespoons of cold water. Mix well. Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the simmering broth to thicken.
