Unique and different potato omelette

  1. Start by peeling and cutting the potatoes into medium cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes until half cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In another bowl, beat the 6 eggs. Add dried garlic, turmeric, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the half-cooked potatoes to the bowl with the eggs and mix well. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
  5. In a baking dish, pour the potato and egg mixture. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare a salad with the ham, mushrooms, hard cheese, corn and mayonnaise.
  8. Once the tortilla is ready, remove it from the oven, spread the 100 grams of cheese on it and return to the oven until the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve hot and garnish with chopped green onion and dill.
